A home inspection is a visual examination of a property and its components, from the roof to the foundation, provided in one package.  If problems or symptoms are found, further evaluation by a specialist in that field may be recommended.  A detailed home inspection can take two to four hours or longer, depending on the size and age of the home.  We follow the Standards Of Practice set in place by the American Society Of Home Inspectors (ASHI) to ensure the highest level of quality.  To see all of the areas of the home that will be inspected, take a look at our STANDARDS OF PRACTICE HERE.  We invite you to be present during your entire inspection. If you can't be present the entire time, we recommend you join the last 60 minutes so that we can explain any findings and answer any questions you may have.
